Your first initial visit is with an obesity medicine specialist and costs $49. This is when they will review your medical history, current medications, and most recent lab work. After this visit, if you are deemed appropriate for the program and all required information is collected, you can get started right away.
The program includes direct access to obesity medicine specialists, follow-up appointments, and ongoing guidance. You’ll also have access to program resources through our platform to help track progress and stay on track with your goals.
Yes, the program offers flexibility to cancel your membership at any time. If you are taking medication through the program, we recommend working with your provider before making any changes to your medication to ensure it’s safe and appropriate for you. Please note that specific policies and instructions for cancelling will be provided through your patient portal or by contacting our support team.
If you don’t have lab work from the past 12 months, your specialist may recommend obtaining updated labs before starting the program to ensure safe and effective care.
To reschedule or cancel your provider visit, please contact us 425-636-2346 at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment and no-shows will forfeit the non-refundable $49 initial visit fee.

Yes — for our in-person and hybrid programs, most patients can use HSA or FSA funds for both program fees and brand medications. However, most compounded GLPs are not covered under these funds. Additionally, we recommend that you check with your account for telehealth program coverage. Not all HSA or FSA accounts will allow telehealth programs.
