PARKING: A note about Diamond Parking in regard to the meters - You don't need to register in the parking meters to get the two hours free, they only register when they have been there for over two hours and need to pay.

New In-Person Visits
After you click: "Schedule Now" at the top of the website, you will be asked if you are "New" or "Returning" - Click "New" & then make your selection of preferred visit type. Next, you will 'Reserve your appointment with $49 deposit' which is required*. Once you do this it will take you through the next few steps.
*Please note: The $49 deposit is not the cost of your visit and will be applied toward your initial 50-minute provider visit, which is billed to your insurance or available at a cash rate of $250.
Deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable.

New Sound Online Program Visits
After you click: "Schedule Now" at the top of the website, you will be asked if you are "New" or "Returning" - Click "New" & then select Online Program in preferred visit type. Next, you will 'Reserve your appointment with $49 deposit' which is required*. Once you do this it will take you through the next few steps.
*Please note: To secure dedicated time with your provider, a $49 deposit is required. This visit is a 30-minute medical consultation designed for our Sound Online Program. If you choose to move forward with the Online Program, your $49 deposit will be applied toward your first month’s membership fee of $299.
If you choose one of our other programs, the $49 will be applied toward your initial medical visit, which is billed to your insurance or available at a $250 cash rate. If you choose NOT to move forward with care, the $49 deposit is retained, and no additional charges will apply.

After you click: "Schedule Now" you will be asked if you are "New" or "Returning" - If you are Returning for a visit, click 'Returning' then the link will take you through a series of questions as follows:
Returning -> click returning for scheduling a follow up -> then click preferred visit type -> this will give you the choice of in-person or telehealth -> Once you click on your choice then you are able to see the availability of the provider you are looking to follow up with.
Please note if you are a new patient, you will not be able to schedule a returning visit and will need to follow the steps for a new visit.
