High Protein Chocolate Cheesecake

Mix ¼ cup of Greek Yogurt, 3 oz of softened cream cheese, 1.5 tbsp of no sugar added cocoa powder, 3 tbsp of plain or vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup, 1 egg. Blend all together until smooth. Pour into a small bowl ramekin and bake for 15-20 mins at 350 – Let chill in the fridge for a few hours. *You can also use the microwave: 30 seconds, then stir, then back in for 2 mins, check it with a toothpick and if not clean, back in for 1 more min.
