Cauliflower Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, sliced into thin sheets
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (or turkey) OR keep it vegetarian and don’t include meat

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  3. Cook the meat sauce: In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix ricotta filling: In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, and egg, mixing well.
